Obtaining a Death Certificate

Tudor's Funeral Home is willing and able to handle this process for you, but should you wish to obtain this certificate on your own, you may make an application at the Registration Department, which is located in Whitepark Road, St. Michael.

Application forms are available for download here. Completed forms may be mailed to the Registration Department. They should be accompanied by a Money Order in the amount of BDS$5.00, made out to the Registrar of the Supreme Court. Persons opting for this method of application should also enclose a self-addressed envelope with sufficient return postage.
